These photos were taken during my Sunday walk. They show something old, like a seed and something, like a new blossom.
Today was all around a Great Day. Getting up late, around 9:00, I had some light dizziness, stomach cramps, and sweating. After a light breakfast, the symptoms disappeared for most of the morning and it stayed that way for most of the day, only change was the various levels depending on the activity. At day end, after dinner, my shoulder and hip pain started to act up, resting helped to keep it in check. In summary, health-wise today was a very Good Day.
These photos were taken during our visit to the Cornerstone Sonoma, a wine country marketplace featuring a collection of world-class shopping, boutique wineries and tasting rooms, artisanal foods, art-inspired gardens, live music, and the home to Sunset’s Gardens + Outdoor Test Kitchen.
Today was a Good Day, Symptoms wise, after getting up, still the same dizziness, stomach cramps, and sweating, but at lighter levels. It stayed that way all day, only change was the various levels depending on the activity. I was able to have a good morning walk with little shoulder, back, and hip pains. In summary, health-wise today was a Good Day.
These photos were taken during my morning walk. No specific subject was identified other than anything that cut my eye. A number of pictures use lines to change the focus.
Today was almost a Good Day, It started after getting up with Dizziness, sweating and stomach cramps. It lasted all day, only change was the various level. I was able to go for my morning walk, because the levels were low at the start, but went up during the walk, and lower around lunch. Resting at home was interesting because when sitting in my recliner the levels were low, starting to get up and walking around after about 5 (five) minutes the levels would shut up, and I also got new pain location, my right side from under my arm to my hip, at a high level.
These photos were taken at the DOW Wetlands entering at the Pittsburg-Antioch Hwy. The set is about trees and another nature item to see who they survive the Winter, especially the massive rain this year.
Today was a so-so Day, a slight improvement over the bad days a few days ago. Being the weekend I got up a bit late, 9:00, only to be hit by dizziness and stomach issues that would not settle down. I had a very light breakfast hoping that it would help, but it did not. Around 10:30 Dianne and I went for a short walk to see if that helped, it did until an hour or so after lunch. For the rest of the day, I was fighting the dizziness, stomach issues, and shoulder/hip pain. The only good news, I continue not to have to deal with sweating.
The single object of today’s set is a bit larger, as it is the Williamson Ranch Park. The park has much to offer to those that love the outdoors, right here in the middle of the city.
The single object of today’s set is the Flower Bed in our garden’s front yard. Being a nice sunny day Dianne and Denise went shopping for some new flowers that they planted before I took the pictures.
