Today was a better day, but still not a good day. Things were a bit better after getting up. Every one of my pain locations was active. The Dilaudid I had taken hours before did help in reducing my pain a little bit. However, I still had to deal with dizziness and stomach cramps throughout for the rest of the day. AS I did for the last few days all I could do is rest to keep things in check.
This set contains photos of Yellow Lawn Clover — also called Yellow Sweet Clover — I never knew it until today that clover can bloom.
Today was again not a good day, I got up a bit late at 8:30. No issues. Things got bad just 10 minutes before the start of my walk, the sweat return at a high level, I started to feel a bit dizzy and all my pain points started up, last but not least my stomach cramps returned. I took my medication for the dizziness and stomach issues and took two Tylenol.
Today was a so-so day, getting up I was faced with dizziness, lower back pain, and sweating. After breakfast, my sweating was really bad as it reached max level. On the positive side, thanks to resting, the sweating stop and the dizziness and lower back pain were reduced enough for me to go on my morning walk.
These photos were taken during my morning walk. The subject topic was the mess people leave behind on the street and walkways.
Today was a OK day, I still have to deal with light stomach cramps, some dizziness and shoulder pain at the start of my day. Sometimes I also have a deal with sweating right after I got up and are dressed to go downstairs. Today I was a bit lucky as I did not sweat at the beginning but at the start of our morning walk. As to my shoulder pain, it increased as the day progressed, however, it was not bad enough to take some Dilaudid.
This set contains a number of photos that were taken during my morning walk. The subjects were those that contained anything that was in eye-catching colors.
After breakfast we had an Easter Egg hunt. Denise had last night hidden some easter eegs and other easter related sweats hidden for Carsten to find. The reason for having the hunt so early was that Dieter and Carsten would miss the start of the Baseball season. Carsten was looking forward to the start since he was told that he would to be this year’s Pitcher, a position he really likes. After the hunt and before some of the bounty was eaten I was able to some PICTURES of Easter egg bounty.
After the hunt I rested which in my case actually means, sitting in my recliner and processing my pictures and working on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog entry with the TV running in the background to break the silence. Before I know it, Dinner time was approaching. After dinner we watched some TV until it is time to retire.
In summary, overall today was a better day.

Today, day two after our all-day therapy, was another so-so day, thanks for the Dilaudid I took since yesterday afternoon on a regular schedule. However, Dianne reminded me that the Dilaudid is to be used as a breakthrough relieve, only to be taken when the regular pain medication, in my case the Fentanyl Patch is not doing its job. Since the dosage was just increased, we have to wait to see how it works out. For now, I will stop taking any more Dilaudid unless my pain levels don’t go down.
Today, day one after our all-day therapy, was so-so. It started with my pain and discomfort levels being what by now I call normal. As the day progresses things move to the bad side, regardless of where it started in the morning. Latest by mid-afternoon my system is shutting down, I either fall asleep or the pain has taken over and I go upstairs to bed. Today I just fell asleep.
