Today was a good day since Dianne had taken the day off, I got up early at 7:00 not having any Stomach and Dizziness issues thanks to the medication I had taken as a precaution around 4:00 AM. The good news for most of the day was not having any Stomach and Dizziness issues. Because of my resting during the day, my shoulder and back pain are either almost gone or are present because I do things that aggravate them.
Today was a so-so day, as started yesterday, taken my Stomach and Dizziness medication as a precaution around 4:00 AM worked since I had no issues getting up at 8:00. However, shortly after that, I broke out in sweat that would to stop as it came in intervals, lasting about 15 minutes, with breaks in-between of another 15 minutes.
Today was a BETTER day, with me taken my stomach and Dizziness medication as a precaution at 4:00 AM. The Medication seemed to work since I had no issues getting up at 8:00 getting dressed and having had breakfast. However, shortly after that, my stomach got a bit quizzy and the dizziness was back at full discomfort.
Today was a GOOD day, I slept until 8:00 before going downstairs for breakfast and getting ready for our shopping trip to Walnut Creek. My health issues were a repeat of yesterday, I had a bit lightheadedness and some stomach pains. Taking my medication before our trip took care of this. We were lucky regarding the rain since we skipped it.
Today was a GOOD day, I slept in until 8:30 before going downstairs for breakfast. I got ready for my walk with Dean. Besides being a bit lightheaded I also had some stomach issues. I took my medication before starting my walk. Since it was very cold, 40F, I dressed in layers, which was good, since at the end of our walk it was only 45F. I stayed at home, resting and be a bit active. The only health-related issue was my lower back pain that took some time to get lower itself to an acceptable level.
For starters, I have changed the title of my postings as well as the Blog Title from Road to Recovery to Living with Cancer. The reason being is that the cancer I have, Multiple Myeloma (MM), has no cure. All that can be done is to treat the cancer and hope to achieve remission.
Today was a so-so day, with the shoulder and lower back pain being the only issues for most of the day. Like yesterday the shoulder and back pain levels did not drop, but instead, they increased when being active. Resting helped to get the level back to an acceptable level. The good news, today, during the sitting in the theater, there was no jumpiness in my left leg, nor an increase in my pain levels because of the seat restrictions.
Today was another good day, health-wise the shoulder and lower back pain is the only issues for most of the day. Normally when walking my shoulder pain level drops, but not today, instead it increased. However, my back pain was hardly notable. During my sitting in the theater, my left leg was jumpy for about 20 minutes.
Today was another good day, again with the shoulder and lower back pain being the only health-related issues for most of day. Interesting enough, since today was a very windy day, which extended my walk this morning by 20 minutes because of the head-on gusts at 20+ mph, only my lower back pain increased. Again, resting help lowering the pain levels for both pain locations.
Today was a good day, with the shoulder and lower back pain being the only health-related issues for most of the day. Interesting enough, since I forgot my cane on our shopping trip, walking around without one, especially in the stores, was not as bad as I had envisioned. Yes, it did increase my lower back pain, but not my shoulder pain, therefore limiting my walking time just a tiny bit.
