These photos were taken at the DOW Wetlands entering at the Pittsburg-Antioch Hwy. The set is about trees and another nature item to see who they survive the Winter, especially the massive rain this year.
2018-11-15 Recovery Day 619
Today was a good day! I woke up with no dizziness and stomach issues, which held true for the rest of the day. However, however my shoulder pain/discomfort did not go away. By day-end the pains were still there with the pain levels up, waiting for me to rest.
Today was another so-so day! I woke early with some dizziness and stomach issues and took my medication for it before getting back to sleep. By the time I got up, both, dizziness and stomach issues, we’re almost gone. For the rest of the day, my stomach pain and dizziness were gone. However, my shoulder pain/discomfort did not go away. By day end the pains were still there waiting for me to rest.
Today was another excellent day, like yesterday my lower back pain was almost gone, which is a great improvement. I continue to have to deal with my upper shoulder pain, which is normal as it is tied to my spine surgery. Having spent over an hour laying in the dentist chair did not help much with my shoulder pain, however, my lower back pain did ok.
Today was a OK day that started off good. Around lunchtime the pain in my shoulder acted up, it may have been because during my morning walk I moved my head too far back following a hawk putting on a good show. I noticed that as time progressed some low-level pain in my shoulder. However, it stayed at a low level until I ended my shopping at Home Depot before lunch. I got the pain under control with Tylenol and resting before I visited the Dentist.
Another good day that still starts with dizziness and my stomach after getting up. For details see earlier posts starting with posting 2018-08-10 Recovery Day 522. As to the Transderm Scop (Scopolamine) patch, it seems not to work. I will keep using it until 21 August, the end of this cycle, to see if the patch is working.
