Today was another good day, which again started with a good sleep. Like yesterday I got up early around 7:00 and had a good breakfast Dianne had made. Health wise no complaints, no stomach problems and no bone pains, only a little bit shoulder discomfort.

Today was a good day, which started with a good sleep. I got up the regular time, Dianne made us a good breakfast. Carsten and I got ready for our walk with Dean. Health wise no complains, no stomach problems or bone pains, only my shoulder discomfort. I rested, if that is what you can called it, for most of the day, the Chaise Lounge Chair, doing some little things, including working on my computers remotely.

Today was a bad day, which started with no sleep. I was up every hour, finally getting up at 10:30 and having a shower. Health wise I was all over the place. From stomach cramps to pain in every limb and joint. Not a good day!

Today turn into a so-so day, which started with getting up around 7:00 and having a bagel for breakfast. Health wise I was a bit under the weather, hoping that walking would take care of it. Both my hips bothered me all day, the pain level varied from low to medium. Interesting enough my shoulder discomfort was at a low level. However, I never really could shake being down all day.

Another good day, which started with Denise taking us for Breakfast at the Original Mels Diner. Health-wise I had no issues, keeping my back pain in check with resting when needed. It was a good day!

Another good day, after a slow start. Waking up at my normal time I did not feel good, Dianne made me stay in bed with taking a ZoFran to get my no stomach aches settle. It worked, by 7:00 my stomach aches and dizziness were down to the normal levels. I started to get ready for my morning walk with Dean, when I got a text message from him. It said:

Hey I can’t walk today. Had an overnight stay at Kaiser fill you in on the details when I get out

Dean believed that he would be released around lunch, I therefore decided to go ahead with my morning walk alone.

Today was another good day, no stomach aches or dizziness. After my breakfast and morning medication I went for my morning walk with Dean. As mention yesterday I switched from Tylenol to Aleve Liquid Gels regarding the pain/discomfort with my shoulder blades and hips. Since it worked yesterday I decided to go with it for now.

Today was a good day, before getting up I controlled my stomach aches with ZoFran. After my breakfast and morning medication I went for my morning walk without Dean who on Wednesdays is committed to other business. As the pain/discomfort with my shoulder blades and hips, today instead of take some Tylenol to lower the pain level, I have taken Aleve Liquid Gels. Alice, who is a R.N./O.C.N and a friend, visited me yesterday for lunch, during our conversation she recommended to switch from Tylenol to Aleve to see if that helped. Today taken Aleve for the first time seem to have lower the pain level longer then Tylenol had done lately.

Today was a better day, I controlled my stomach aches with taken ZoFran. After a light breakfast and my morning medication I decided to go for my morning walk with Dean. My only other health related issue is the pain/discomfort with my shoulder blades and hips. Like before I take some Tylenol which by the time my walk is over has the pain under control. Since the last few days this seemed no longer to work as good.

Today was not a good day, it started with stomach aches that would not go away. After a light breakfast and my morning medication I decided to go for my morning walk, hoping that the walk would help. As it turns out it helped a little bit. However, what I forgot was to take a Zofran which when I finally took it helped for awhile. The aches came back shortly after lunch, as well as a light headache. I also stated to have my shoulder pain back. It was enough for me to shut things down and rest for awhile.
