2018-06-14 Recovery Day 465

For starters today was a good day. The day started like most others, no signs of dizziness or nausea, and the pain level in my shoulder was at normal level. After breakfast and taking my medication I started watching the first half of the World Cups opening game, Russia vs Saudi Arabia. After that it was time for my morning walk with Dean. Before going into the details of my activities today, let me finish my health status during the day.

The pain in my shoulder was at a normal level for the whole day. The only other pain location that surfaced was my lower back, which was not surprising because of the added activities for today. Tylenol took care of that.

As to added activities, after having watch the second half of the World Cup, having lunch during the game, I went to my office to sort out books that were no longer of use, ending up in the recycle box for collection tomorrow. A second pile was allocated for my colleagues to go through during our Friday lunching get-together.

The last pile was books and maps about the places I have visit as part of my professional career. I will work on it until I have reviewed all books, which will take some time as today’s pile was about 1/10 of all the books etc. I have.

Again there is not much more to write about, I uploaded today’s pictures and started to write this post, in parallel I sorted my lenses against the two A-mount Sony Alpha cameras. After dinner, I rested and finished my posting before watching some TV shows going ready to call it a day.

That it for today, in summary, today was overall a good day.
