Today was almost a good day. The bad news, the diarrhea was back! The good news it was not as bad as before where I had to go every hour. Today I only had to go 4 times and it was more solid then before. However, I stayed on the special BRAT diet. The diarrhea was only present from about 11:00 to 17:00.

Today’s walk was about one hour and twenty minutes. The reason being we stopped about a hundred times to determine if the picture had something green in it, since that is today’s subject for all pictures to have something green. After returning home from my walk I spent some time uploading the PICTURES and checking the file system.

After lunch Dean dropped me of at the support group meeting. After the meeting I rested in the library until Dianne came to pick me up. On the way home we stopped by Walmart for some groceries. Getting home I rested until it was dinner time.

Dinner was ok and did not cause any diarrhea problem. That is it for today, in summary, the day was almost good day.
