2019-02-10 Living with Cancer – Day 706

Today was a so-so day, closer to being almost bad. For the most part of today, I had to deal with dizziness and stomach issues. In addition after any activity, such as walking, I got to deal with the pain of a stiff neck. Resting was the best medicine for getting the various problem areas under control.

As mention above, today was a lazy day because of my health-related issues. As to my activities, I kept them to a minimum. However, Denise called me to let me know that Mount Diablo had a good snow cover and the view was very clear with no clouds interfering. Using all my energy I went outside to take some PICTURES of Mount Diablo with a snow cover that goes down to the foothill level.

Getting back home, I rested to recover from the walk from the Black Diamond Middle School dealing with windy and very low-temperature conditions. By the time my system had recuperated enough, it was lunchtime.

After lunch, being Sunday, we turned the afternoon into a movie theater to watch some TV and movies. I also processed my pictures and worked on my Living with Cancer and Photography blog entry while watching TV with the family, until dinner time. After dinner, we continued watching TV until it is time to retire.

In summary, overall today was another so-so day.
